(Xinhua) -- Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region created a total of 353,400 new jobs for its residents in the first half of 2019, local authorities said Thursday.

The regional human resources and social security bureau said that from January to June, the region stepped up support to implement various policies to promote employment and gave priority to people living in impoverished areas in southern Xinjiang.

Among the total new jobs, 235,000 people obtained steady jobs, accounting for 66.5 percent of the newly-added employment in the first six months this year.

Meanwhile, the region has seen an increase in employment in enterprises and the service sector.

Four prefectures in southern Xinjiang, which have long suffered from poverty, provided new job opportunities for over 101,000 residents in the first half of this year, up 12.5 percent, accounting for 28.6 percent of the new jobs created across the region.

Hmm, the West will say they had to hire them 353,400 new jobs in the first half of 2019 to look after that million in Concentration camps...

Perhaps it would make sense to outsource  prisoners in them Concentration camps to repair roads in uncle Sam's backyard...
Mind you, they would rather stay t home and learn something...

So there are a million people taking a long rest and learning how to concentrate hard in those camps. There must be so much terrible crime in that region, it's a wonder that they don't need thousands of more police to look after the joint.

"  019-july-17  On Thursday, China condemned a joint motion for a resolution in the European Parliament that called on EU member states and other nations to investigate export controls “to deny China, and in particular Hong Kong, access to technologies” that could be used to violate human rights .  "

Yes, China must employ more powerful speakers who can deliver " hit-backs "  directly to the sources of craps generators .  The world has changed so much since China is ascending in economic strength as well as military power to contain western mischiefs against China's interests.

No longer must China be gentle and soft !
