But that would not be racist because the US doesn't have any high-speed trains. it would be fact.
...

Please reread the entire article. It's not just the ad but their letter "explaining" the ad that's racist.

You are wrong: the U.S.A. does have high-speed trains but luckily, they are not Chinese-made. SIEM ...

No, it doesn't have, and it will never have trains that run faster than that in China.
Believe it or not, it's true.

The Amtrack Acela only reaches 240 kph along a couple of short sections in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The rest of the time it travels at its regular speed of 108 kph. This does not qualify it to be a high-speed train. There is also the Northeast Regional, but it still does not attain the top 240 that the Acela can do. The US has "higher-speed" trains, but nothing that does consistently over 200 kph, over the majority of its route.

There are plans  and proposals in place. In California, a high-speed rail track is being built, but as for a dedicated high-speed train in operation, on a regular passenger-carrying route, there are none.

They used to have one, called "The Metroliner", which ran from 1969 until 2006, from New York to Washington, DC, but it was not very popular.
Stupid people are like Glowsticks. You want to snap them in half and shake the crap out of them until they see the light.
I love sarcasm. It's like punching someone in the head ... only with words
