Actually, the word as I know it, is: scofflaw; a person who flouts/ignores the law, especially by failing to comply with a law that is difficult to enforce effectively.

Seneca is popular??

I see more Chinese people running red lights routinely than I do see any other race of human beings. Even in Canada it is this way. It would seem to me that Chinese people have bad driving habits. Maybe from previous generations being bad examples. The Chinese people will be the first to tell you "This is China" when you ask why such things occur.

No matter your race or creed we should all set better examples for our younger generation to follow.
I am me and that is something you will never be, no matter how hard you try!!
