Stop trying to derail the thread by flaming Seneca and now pointing desperately pointing a finger at India.

The criticism was aimed at a "foreigner" by Chinese who are really not in a position to criticise anybody's driving standards, not even the driving standards of Indians. Even my wife, who is Chinese, criticises the appalling standards of Chinese driving.
(mostly harmless)
