On the evening of Feburary 8th, Hu Zhenggao was at his friend's place and chatting with others. And suddenly came a gang of people, who claimed that Hu has broken the birth control rules and took him away. These people also said that they worked for the town's government.

Hu was 42 years old, and was brought up in Yunnan province.

Hu has three children with his ex. When divorced, he took only one of them with him. Later he transferred his residence to Sichuan province and registered in Sichuan. Before he planned to have a baby with his current wife, he had consulted relevant departments and they told him that's totally legit. He had his little son's birth registered in Sichuan without any problem.

But this time when he came back to his hometown with his wife and children for the New Year, He was blamed for breaking the rules.

He was took into an office and was forced to have a vasoligation. Otherwise, they threatened him to hold her wife in detention.

Hu also said that he tried to resist but failed. He claimed that they had no right to do this and tried to get out of the office, but couples of men got him and pressed him on the ground. He said he was punched right on face by a man with glasses, and his neck was also scarred during the fight.

The man was planning to bulit 200 "Love Book Store" in his hometown, but know he only feels heartbroken when talking about his hometwon.
He said that he will never ever come back to his hometown.
