The answer is simple: they are not needed anymore.

There are several reasons why this is so:

1. Chinese companies can and will do a better job serving their Chinese customers than foreign companies, most of whom set up their manufacturing shop in developing countries to exploit cheap labor, evade taxes and avail of incentives from their host countries. Not only that but Chinese companies are starting to make headway in global markets, effectively competing with foreign MNCs.

2. Chinese companies are now moving into knowledge-based technology and services industries, areas of investment that is attracting local startups funded by Chinese venture capital. Foreign startups can't compete in the Chinese market because they're not based in China.

3. E-commerce companies are now changing the industry structure of whole industries and rendering obsolete the business model of the foreign MNCs who are  being disrupted by the rise of e-commerce.

Is there any really experts in the USA..?

Another estimate for intellectual property theft from China, by the Commission on the Theft of American Intellectual Property, a blue-ribbon panel, pegged annual U.S. losses from intellectual property at approximately $300 billion, of which China accounted for "between 50 percent and 80 percent of the problem."
