This happened to my client's restaurant -
A couple walked into a Chinese restaurant for meals. Almost finishing their meals, the man suddenly lost his temper, shouted and stormed off from the restaurant. Within seconds, the lady also got up distraughted and left hastily. Th staffs were taken aback. They came to their senses eventually when they realised that the meal hasn't been paid.
They were hoodwinked off a meal by the couple.

That's called "Dine and Dash". A totally different concept than two people childishly fighting over who pays the bill.
Stupid people are like Glowsticks. You want to snap them in half and shake the crap out of them until they see the light.
I love sarcasm. It's like punching someone in the head ... only with words

It's nothing but show theatrics. And perhaps calculated "politeness" in order to win brownie point ...

Why not just let the two guys have a fight in a boxing ring before they all go to dinner.  Then the winner of the boxing contest "if he is still in good shape" can have the pleasure of paying the bill...  How clever of me Seneca
