Funny how the situation would change if a country there was a situation involving a person from a country they both didn't like, they would instantly join forces in getting into their Chinese patriotic mode

Absolutely.  While in uniform, the worker represents the transit authority and should show restrai ...

With any public facing role at home, people are given extensive training on how to deal with difficult situations so as not to undermine the dignity of the person they are dealing with or represent the company in a poor light - the employee is the public face of the company after all.

To insult a member of the public with such personal comments is a sackable offence.
Maybe the public transit worker was just too young and inexperienced - she looks very young - an unable to deal with the situation appropriately, despite extreme provocation.

And if I hear the excuse from her 'I was on my period' all I can say is BS.
every day of the year millions of women around the world are on their period, yet they don't resort to derogatory remarks.
What she exhibited was lack of appropriate self control.

The subway is to blame. There would be no problem without the subway.

Then it is the fault of all foreigners, because the subway is not native to China.

All foreigners are to blame for this woman losing her temper.
