official language, its definitely an official language. since its official, i think they should all be able to speak it.
     Anything social or anything partaking the citizen's awareness or activities should be made clear to them. since the officials they are there to help the citizens. So, i think any information that will be broadcast should be in a official language. Government officials should speak.  PUTONGHUA"
