Why do you keep talking about the same thing over and over? Yeah, yeah, we all know, or at least we should all know by now, that there is no complete free speech anywhere in the world. But that's no longer important. You're beating a dead horse.|
What's important is people's daily lives. I would say that on average Chinese live much more restricted lives than say the Americans. The average Chinese is much unhappier than the average American, and it's not a financial issue, but rather a mentality issue. And, how many people have to deal with fear of corporal punishment and humiliation at the workplace for substandard performance? Maybe only the Chinese.
And Chinese are not even allowed to laugh, smile and make jokes. It is basically a dead culture. Americans have a sense of humor, at least they know how to enjoy life better than the Chinese, and that's most important. Who cares whether the Americans have free speech, when Chinese are suffering daily from fear, from just your ordinary workplace. No wonder so many Chinese men hang their heads in shame. No one cares anymore whether there's free speech in China. Nowadays people just talk about poor Chinese behavior on an everyday level, and why Chinese from Mainland China are so uncivilized. It's not a money problem, because those rich Chinese that burn money aren't any better.
