Why just limit to those countries? All countries of the EU are democracies.
Now I don't think the USA should transplant their particular model to the Middle East.
However the Middle East would be beneficial by having a good democracy model, not sure if the current powers are ready for this or will ever be. Democracy means that once every few years, when voting time is there, you might have to give the reign to someone else and give them the opportunity to lead and prove that they can do a good job too. It is not easy and it takes a lot of courage to accept the leadership of someone else, someone with a different view and opinion, in a peacefull way.

it's reasonable that the U.S don't wanna another 911 even if he destroyed Ben Laden and who knows there wouldn't be another one ..?

Perhaps you are not well informed about the UK political system.
UK has much more political parties, at least 16, not all of them make it to the UK house of commons. But most of them do.
