Banning is not a solution. Drugs are banned almost universally. That hasn't stopped people from taking drugs. Education works much better, but, of course, there will always be people who refuse to be educated.

I heard that two restaurants have been fined 100000 Yuan since they added unfit chemicals into the dishes they served! ---------I think it would take the government great effort to deal with the problem.

A total ban is definitely not a panacea. I believe the first step is public education. People must be given complete and accurate information about what 'food' contains and our best understanding of how it affects us.
