China is making efforts to exploit themarket of high speed train outside China. The first one in Indonesia had cometrue after so many efforts. Among the competitors in the world, China is a newup-rising star. China has already completed various railways for high speedtrain in almost all kinds of areas, including warm and cold areas, highattitude and sea areas, mountain area and so on. China has already mastered thecore techniques in constructing railways for high speed trains, and has acompetitive quotation as well.

Daysago, according to a piece of news that Thailand hopes to give China a projectof construction of high speed train after an auction, but having an additionalcondition that China cannot do any business related to this project along theway. Besides, Thailand hopes that for sake of friendship China would give aquotation without profit.

Hearing the news, I am surprised. The requirements are ridiculous. It isquite natural to earn profits whatever it is more or less when doing abusiness. Seemingly, Thailand has never had the experience of doing business.Personally, I would not accept it.

Will China accept it? What do you think about it?

I think why not? Many projects in the world start off with deliveries made at the effort of costs covered. Those trains need service and spare parts over the long run. That’s where the money comes in again. China's Motive could also be the smooth integration to the southern Silk Road.
Twentyfive percent out of nothing is still nothing!
