Seneca,

No clue what you said has anything to do with what I said.

Pull large population out of poverty QUICKLY.
Avoid pollution at same time.

You can't have both, simple as that. What is the "brag" you are talking about?

Seneca,

According to world bank, it was 680 millions in 2014.
300 million? Maybe 10 years ago.

Poor people can hardly help themselves. Look at the current severe drought in India.

It is government that creates jobs that pull the poor out of poverty, how do ordinary people create jobs themselvrs? Working hard in a farm won't make farmer living better.

Of course, you will say private companies can create jobs, but one, before they set up companies, they need government building up the infrastructure first. Lot of jobs are for exporting, government involvement is obvious, like SEZ.

The recent economic boom since 80s was also a product of moonlanding project which created silicon valley.

Your country was once a super power, thanks to your government foreign policy and high respect to science.

Your desperation to dismiss any achievement by CPC only can convince brainwashed people. Wait, no, you can't convince public, you just suppress such information.

Btw, most corruptions mentioned by west media are not corruptiond by western standard.

Family members of powerful people get contracts and get rich, how can you claim they are corrption by Western standard? What they did were illegal according to west law?

Why don't you kind spend more energy on the corruptions in your own countries, like lobbying? Isn't it corruption? Why don't you kind investigate how the family business of your politicians benefit from their political power? How on earth is that west law never pursue those who bribe, only those who are bribed?

Let me tell you why, you kind don't care about corruption. All you care is the power, the power of being a judge in the room, or in Chinese, king without crown.

Coralbay,

Nobody deny it is corruption, I am talking about the double standard by media.

Actually, that is what I am worried, because more and more corruption in China become western style and are legal.

It happens all the time? Give some examples, pls.
