Defraud crime through telecommunications isquite severe in China. It has become a public enemy. When talking about it,many people would complain much about it. Some of the victims are studentswhose schooling fees were stolen; some of them are the old whose pensiondisappeared without reasons; some of them are ordinary people whose money wastaken away after a strange phone call. Thousands and thousands of people havebeen cheated by telecommunications frauds.

Every complaint has piled up angry from public. People think that thegovernment should be blamed for its inaction and hope the government takemeasures to solve the problem.

Because of this, the Chinese government took action and put it intopractice, aiming at looking for group defraud crime inside China first. Whenfrauds found that it was not safe in China to commit defraud crime they movedto other countries such as the countries in Southeast Asia, Africa and so on.

News comes that more fraud suspects in many countries have beencaught. On April 14th, 77 fraud suspects were repatriated fromAfrica to China. It is a great achievement. However, on April 16th,the fraud suspects from Malaysia had been released when they were back toTaiwan. What’s wrong with Taiwan government? Do they know what they aredoing?

If the evidences are not enough, then the suspects must be realeased.
If the authorities get enough evidences, they can arrest these suspects again.

The point is that they didn't try to find out the evidence before releasing them.

Yes, Samlam, it is a cowardly crime to loot people through these telephone scams. This is a shame  ...

Criminal is different from suspect. When the victims are mainly from mainland, the suspects should be moved to mainland, according to the law.
I hope Taiwan tries to do something to get them proved, crime or not.

It's a question about which shoud be first? Arresting suspects and then to find the evidence? or Find the evidence first then arrest the suspects?

Perhaps we are vexatious to expect the criminals to be punished as an ordinary people. When seeing the frauds suspects, we can not stop expressing our anger.
