The U.S.A. has one of the world's higher (not "highest": for that, please go to Afghanistan, Iraq, ...

Actually, if you check the crime rate  in poor communities of London, it is much higher than other places in UK, much like in US.

A very possible reason for high crime rates in US is that there are lot lot poor communities in US. In rich countries in Europe with very small population in , very very few such large poor communities.
Whatever your argument is, you didn't debunk that death penalty deter crimes.

BTW, don't come back with that people needed to be educated by you kind. In developed countries, people are well educated enough to make judgement calls. The only difference is that most people consider reality when making calls (i.e, accepting the imperfectness of this world), while you kind only care how to hold high moral ground over ordinary people so to be judges in the room.

Seneca,
Lol, I said something that is fact but politically incorrect.
If those immigrants had had good income jobs, they wouldn't commit ctimes, would they?

USA has higher crime rate because there are so many poor communties, therefore you can't use it as evidence that death penalty doesn't work, understood? Not mention that death penalty in America is most time on paper only.

Malcolm Benson spent 19 years behind bar for murder.

He was released in Jan, 2015 for good behavior.

After 9 months, he killed an army veteran Stanley Carter during a botched robbery.

There is nothing he has to worry about, he will be submerged by the pouring love of people like Seneca.
