People help people in medical emergencies all over the world. How is this news? Because there is a foreigner involved? There are 600,000 foreigners working in China. Are you going to take pictures every time one of them needs first aid? "Oh, look,mommy ... a foreigner fell down ... I guess they aren't gods after all!"
Stupid people are like Glowsticks. You want to snap them in half and shake the crap out of them until they see the light.
