Raton: As an education adviser in the UK and in China, I can reassure all here that in the UK there are many strategies set up to deal firmly with bullying at school and in the workplace. The worst examples of bullying usually involve girls and women who use physical and mental cruelty to extreme levels, sometimes causing suicides and death. Boys usually hit and punch... then 5 minutes later they are friends!  Both men and women bosses are sometimes found bullying in the workplace. In schools, I have found that the female leaders can be the worst. The psychological reasons for bullying are too long to go into here.
English teacher and education adviser. China needs a teaching profession with less fear and more trust and honesty.
