if she is not accademically qualified should not be in academic departments. should be hired in Public Relations or as coach.

Deng Yaping has a PhD from the University of Cambridge for research on the Olympic Games' influence on social development in China and served as a member of the organizing committee for the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics and is the winner of "the women's singles and doubles gold medals back to back at the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games and also won 18 world championship titles".

If she is not qualified to be an adjunct professor in the department of physical education to help build the varsity table tennis program, who is better qualified?

If Fang Liufang, a professor of law at the university, can name a better candidate than Deng Yaping then lets have a name. Otherwise, talk is cheap.
