The Chinese have a different mentality.
The Europeans have a different mentality.
The Indians have ...

Well said!  I hope the Chinese evolve their own system to represent the views and interests of its people. Western style democracy is not really that democratic. Switzerland or Singapore style is more effective. with people voting directly on issues locally and nationally. But with limited or one party without external influence. China today seems a good role model for countries with large populations.

Yes,  but it would become very messy and inefficient.

yes, chaotic...

But then , I always find some beauty and humor in this chaos. It comes down to individual perspective. India and Indian has long way to learn to improve yet, it is an amazing country..

Absolutely yes. I agree. There is a charming naivete and innocence in the Indian culture that is however not suitable for the times we live in. They can be destroyed or wiped out like the native Americans  or tortured like the Arabs. They say it is God's own country because it seems that it is divine grace that has kept it so far.I think it is changing and losing its innocence and needs to become a bit more like other powers to survive. The other powers need to become a bit like India to survive into the future.

There probably isn't a perfect system. After all man make the system, then corrupt it and then make new ones again, then break it again. Its human, regardless of Chinese or Americans.

I can't see how far remote placed villagers know who they should vote for, for global politics or even national ones. Based on hear-say? Perform own analysis? They can't even make heads or tails on scientific electrical symbols or financial chart analysis how to analyze to tell who is good? Even so-called sophisticated city folks like us have been proven to have voted wrongly time and time again in every corner of the world.
