I prefer food in China.

I feel Italy's has the best nutritional balance of all.
Low starch carbohydrates,
Fish, vegetables for fibre (both leafy and solid type ... tomatoes are very high in anti-oxidants!!)
Grapes = high in vitamin C for skin... among all vitamins it is the vitamin that needs to be replenished everyday.

Personally though... I would have change the single protein helping into two small helpings of meat....
one fish (a sea source) and
one chicken, pork , beef or mutton...... one (land source protein)
(varied throughout the week.) to slightly improve the balance.  

Then again...... cost could be an issue.

You forgot to mention the 2 liters of creamy Italian dressing that goes on top of your salads

I don't use salad dressing dressing, I do use a dash of vinegar, but I also drink 7 litres of water each day
