Yunnan-style Rice Vermicelli Soup

If this is a translation for a menu and you want foreigners to have an idea of what they're ordering, try "Yunnan-style Rice Vermicelli Soup" or even "Yunnan Rice Vermicelli Soup".

Foreigners refer 湯麵as "noodle soup" and 湯河 as "rice noodle soup".  Since 過橋米線is rice vermicelli served in a bowl of hot soup, it should be translated as "rice vermicelli soup" at the very least.

Most foreigners will not understand what " 過橋Guoqiao" or the crossing the bridge story is all about, so it's better to say "Yunnan-style".
