What do you call "wine"? Chinese don't drink it. They drink horrible baijiu. That is NOT "wine"! ...

My Chinese wife and a whole lot of her Chinese colleagues in China would tell you you are dead-wrong if you think not a single Chinese person in all of mainland China does not drink wine made from red/white grapes.

I would also tell you this, but I know better than to beat my head against a brick wall.

I am trying to. I have been attacked and terrorised here. Have a cut on my nose, sore neck, bump on head and a cut. I am planning to leave as soon as possible.

What is Baijiu? Is that the same as Moutai. Or a cheaper version of it?

Baijiu is lower quality than Maotai which varies by alcohol degrees. Some are 45 degrees, some are 65 degrees..
