Why are you using this "5 gallons, which are not used in China, at least in any meaningful way in the present day tense. The link you quote is American, not Chinese.
Your information seems to be a mixture of numbers that don't even apply to China.
I'm a little bit wrong and your a little bit right.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion.

The USA still use imperial measures. Canada most people also use them although Canada officially has been declared metric for year’s already.

FYI. 5 Gallons = 18.5 Liter.
Twentyfive percent out of nothing is still nothing!
