Taxi reform requires tire or wheel balance in addition to balancing needs of drivers, passengers.

TAXI driving WILL BE OBSOLETE trade in HONG KONG and SINGAPORE within the NEXT DECADE.

PRIVATE CAR, OWNER DRIVE is OBSOLETE in the road short territories!
Instead ROBOT SELF DRIVEN cars can be INVESTED by FORMER TAXI DRIVERS, <OR lump sum Provident fund withdrawal at 50 for the SENIOR cohort in the PINNACLE state-city> and maintained.

The APPS, the FLEET OWNERSHIP maintenance companies will be TAKING OVER.
Didn't you see that COMING when SINGAPORE STARTED THE BALL rolling for the obsolescence of TAXI service drivers in LAND STARVED Singapore-Hong Kong.
