we have to recognize we change life enviroment in the past 10 years

yes. the west have had these problems for more than 20 years and we managed to solve the problems.
imagine how great china would be if they looked at other countries to see how they dealt with the problems, and learned from other countries mistakes. instead of blindly blundering along making all the same mistakes as the west did.

there has been pollution reducing technology in cars now for the past 25 years. what is the main cause of pollution here?

A mind-blowing fact?
Pedestrians in crosswalks do not have the right-of-way. My mind is blown by the number of pedestrian accidents, in crossings , when the pedestrian has the green light to cross the street, which occur in this country every year.
Stupid people are like Glowsticks. You want to snap them in half and shake the crap out of them until they see the light.

legally they do have the right of way, just another traffic law flouted by drivers

China has implemented a "One Country, Two Systems" also sometimes referred to as "One China, Two Systems" principle to define how Hong Kong and Macau can continue to operate their capitalist economies and political systems for a period of time.  These two areas are unique in China for this reason.
