In this competitive and revolving global world competitive advantages greatly depends on the human resource management. Thats why all kinds of organizations are now vigilant enough about human resource issues. From the recruitment stage to the retirement stage employers want to follow a distinct process to add value to their human resource which in turn will add value to the organization itself. But it is the matter of concern that recruitment policies of the companies also cannot reflect what entities actual want even they follow rigorous systems of  recruitment.

Here recruitment strategies should ensure that the incumbents have required attributes to perform assigned roles and responsibilities effectively and efficiently. At the same time issues of the disable people also must be considered and there talents should be evaluated. It is the matter of socking that sometimes though they have required qualities but they are ignored only for their some natural lacking.
