Mouthwatering cuisines in Chengdu

Chengdu has various mouthwatering cuisines. Whether you like sweet flavor, sour flavor, spicy flavor, you can get yourself satisfied in Chengdu. Also there's a special flavor gives full expression in Sichuan food. This flavor is called ma in Chinese, come from Chinese prickly ash.

You can find delicious dishes both in roadside stands and fancy restaurants.



Spicy rabbit,can be a best match in the summer with beer.

Three Artillery, kind of traditional sweet desert.


Fish tofu,it's made by fish,not tofu!



Cold chinese-style noodles, usually served with soy souce and  meat paste.

 


Spicy brain, this must be a challege for foreigner to have a try. But once you have a try, you will be captured by its flavor and fudgy texture.

You know chinese take more time for cooking a delicious dish. I ever had been to France and Gernany, in these countries, people take less time in the kitchen. do yo agree my opion ?
