Grammar represents your attitude to speaking or writing!

Grammar is also a kind of attitude to speaking or writing! Your wording accounts a lot on your attraction to the audiences. Some famous TV announcers do speak in special way who are quite different from ordinary citizens. That would become a joke if you imitate their speaking style in daily life! Many Chinese teachers often ask students to use more adjective words in composition class so that their articles would sound flowery but in fact mean little for thinking!  Anoher phenomenon is that many Chinese texts go with too much scenery-description through which you are hard to see what was going on in the author's mind since all depend on your imagination!
On this aspect I do appreciate the nice editing of English dictionary in which every note to each word is well written with definite meaning. I do wish fellow friends learn from our foreign counterparts and update Chinese grammar without any delay!

Certainly many elements including low-level officials influence the president‘s decision on important issues. As the top leader of the state, Trump should be far-seeing on politics and try to bring happiness not only for his own country but also for all human beings who leads others rather than being led by ‘some wise men’!
