Shenzhen with its fast developing Economy, couldn't cope up with its increasing traffic rates. Everywhere is crowded. The metro lines are filled with huge amount people. Struggling people line during the peak hours of the day. Road lines are facing huge trouble as well. A short travel from the crowded areas like futian or baoan could lead to hours waiting in signal lines. Results are increasing accident levels and frustration of people. Although Shenzhen government is fast pacing with its new metro line projects, it still couldn’t match up with the speed.

*** picture highlights huge rush during work hours.

A new action by the Shenzhen government is to limit the registration of new vehicles in the Shenzhen city .  But only this many not be a solution for rising traffic problem as there will be more people forced to use bus and metro lines which lead to more trouble. A multi-effort would be required to solve this serious issue and the fuel the rising economy .

    Nizar-Sz: Thanks Bill,

I never been to Shanghai or Beijing. Do you mean, there is more value to relationships in these cities ? How do you compare both plz ?
No. It is their utility functions. In Beijing, it is who you know matters. 90% of those claiming access to high levels are phony. Even taxi drivers sound like political pundits. In shanghai, local superiority is at absurd level. In a business meeting or conference call, when shanghaineses talk to each other in that dialect as if you were not there.
