I think most foreign people in this forum are staying in China.  China isn't  the motherland for them. The cultures are different.

What do you do on the weekends normally?  Do you feel it's hard to get involved in China's activities?

Depends on the day of the week.....We live in Shanghai, but I have to travel frequently for work. Today, as an exception, I am in Fuzhou, but going back to SHanghai in a few hours just in time to go out with my wife for a peaceful, relaxed dinner!
