Slave trading capitalist style.
Steve Jobs, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, and a host of other billionaires are nothing more than slave traders.
How will the U.S. justice system deal with this? Probably nothing.. the most they might do is levy fines.
Levying fines on such criminals is akin to removing a tooth from a shark. It doesn't take a thing from
their bite and a new one will quickly grow back.
The U.S. is owned by a few obscenely rich parasites that have turned the working class into nothing more
than slaves that can be bought and sold and fired on a whim.
The trading block of the past slave markets have been replaced by behind the scenes deals but slavery is
alive and well in the U.S.

Steve Jobs Sent This Chilling 'Smiley Face' Email After He Got A Google Staffer Fired
Business Insider
By Jim Edwards March 28, 2014 11:13 AM

The cache of emails between Apple and Google over their allegedly illegal agreement not to compete for each
other's employees is producing more gems.

This time, PandoDaily has found an email exchange between Google chairman Eric Schmidt and Apple founder
Steve Jobs about a Google recruiter who was caught trying to poach an Apple staffer.

The staffer was fired, and Jobs reacted by sending a "smiley face" in an email.

The background here is that competing companies ought to be competing for staff, and it's against federal
law to enter into an anticompetitive agreement to refuse to hire each other's staff. Google and Apple settled
a federal investigation into this practice; the two companies are defending a class-action suit in a
California federal court.

In this instance, a Google recruiter made the "mistake" of cold-calling an Apple engineer to see if the
engineer could be tempted to work at Google. Apple's Jobs found out and sent Google's Schmidt this email:

    Eric,

I would be very pleased if your recruiting department would stop doing this.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Schmidt asked his HR department what was going on, and one of his staffers responded that the Google
recruiter would be fired "within the hour":

On this specific case, the sourcer who contacted this Apple employee should not have and will be terminated
within the hour. We are scrubbing the sourcer’s records to ensure she did not contact anyone else.

Here is Jobs' reaction when he heard the recruiter had been fired:

When humans are treated as property capitalism flourishes.

If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?

My mother works as nurse at a hospital run by the local government. Guess what, they have pretty strict rules they have to follow, or else they risk losing their jobs of course.

China is entering the socialist phase of communism.
It is progressing while the U.S. stagnates as the rich continue to consolidate all the wealth made
possible by the people who actually work for a living.
Someone working for a state owned enterprise has much more job security than someone working
for a company in the U.S. where the private owners trade or deny trading employees and fire them
at will to insure the rich continue to get richer.
Anyone who brings up job rules compared to being bought and sold by rich business owners is
grasping at straws. Would you want someone working at a hospital to not have rules to follow?
Maybe if it made your rich capitalist owners richer.. being a good little stooge who thinks rich
people actually "earned" all that money. But the nurses the serve patients know they must
follow procedures or they wouldn't really be a nurse.
If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?

Where is the supposed slave trading?
Google doesn't want to target employees of Apple in their recruitment?
What is worst scenario under this "conspiracy" , that Google ends up employing an unemployed newly graduated student instead of a more qualified worker from Apple?

Where is the slavery? They are all employed because they willingly looked for work there and accepted the conditions that came with it.
