Baozi, and steamed dishes are "must" in the southern China (dim sum - in HongKong)

I also love other simple street food - fried eggs, "xiamen noodles" (steamed flat on the boards),  pho soup, fried "booble waffers" (sorry, don't remember the proper name - it is fried similar to western type waffers in the hot iron, best ones ever I ate at Nathan Road in HK, but also in smal city of KaiPing it was available sometimes), and at the evenings - small barbecues emerges with the "barbecued everything"...
