Photos show an ocean-front nail house in coastal Qingdao city, Shandong province. Residents living nearby complain all the time about it blocking the view while its owner insists on being given satisfactory compensation before authorities can bring it down. But in my opinion, the owner of this bulkding must be very powerful. In China, if a people would not like to move, the local officers may use different kinds way to force them to move. Sometimes, Chinese people do not have the equal rights, especially between poor and rich.
