Foreigners who disobey courts could be barred from leaving

The only time a Chinese employer paid for my flight was when I first came to China in 2004. Then, they took it out of my first three month's salaries (in effect, I paid for my own ticket there, too). I know many, many foreigners in this same position. Maybe large companies and JV's will pay for their employee's tickets, but schools do not.
