Starbucks in China are doing OK!  One challenge is stopping Chinese folks sitting at any outdoor tables without buying anything.. These aren't public benches!

I think that is a problem not exclusive to China.
Maybe Starbucks can start handing out RFID tags with each purchase that will retract sharpened
spikes sticking up out of every bench.
But if one failed then they'd have a huge lawsuit on their hands... along with a lot of blood to clean up.
If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?

Oops... this week it's been so hard to even get on the forum and then when I do.. it posts twice..
If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?
