There is freedom of navigation.  Any nation can sail through any ocean, without intimdation  or threats.  2nd,  under international law, countries can only claim up to 200 miles of ocean from their borders, and if there is an overlap, then it must be divided in half.  3rd,  Taiwan is an indenpendent country, you labeling is completely false.  Especially when Taiwan's weapons are all pointed at china.  That means they don't belong to anyone.
