Yes,the regular exercise is essential to the healthy.May be you intake high heat food,but if you cost it by exercising,it is also no matter.The stress of modern life lead many people lost the time of doing exercise punctual.And we should arrange our time reasonablely for our daily life.For time is the water in sponge,there is alway as long as crowded.

In my opinion,the healthy contains three factor:eat exercise and adjust:
First,the food we eat provide us with the essential energy to survive our life.The mild and varity are the theme.
Second,the exercise make you more energy and beauty.This need you do punctual.For me,the strengthening exercise is the must content everyday.Meanwhile,ten kilometers every two days ,I also persist about half a year.
Third,the adjust ,your mood ,your thinkings and so on.The stress grow quickly for the modern life nowdays.You may meet a tough in all aspects of life.Work ,study and feeling are all the filds.Many things we have no right to change them,but we can change ourselves ,change our minds and behaviors.By adjusting ourselves time and again,you will feel comfortable.

Always try to keep in a happy mood, not impacted by others.
Keep doing sports for 30min every day.
try your best to treat your stomach well, never eating too much, or starving for a while.

I would like to share my own point of views here:
- Eat healthy balanced diet.
- Do regular Exercise for Good healthy bones and body
- Sleep at least 8 hours.
- Do not drink too much alcohol, it will damage your liver.
- Do not smoke, it will give you lung cancer
