On January 15th, 2013, in front of the 4th building of Vienna Forest Community of Gaoling county, Shaanxi, two migrant workers wearing the costumes of Di Renjie and Yuan Fang went on a protest for overdue wages.

The migrant workers should seek help from law court judges. China is building a law-ruling government.

At an unfinished construction site of Binhe West Road, Qindu District, Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, three workers climbed the 30-meter-high tower crane on September 21, 2011, claiming they would jump off the tower if not getting paid. After 6 hours of negotiations, the workers returned safely to the ground. The picture shows a man representing the construction side persuaded the three workers to come down with 120 thousand cash in his hand.

Although Chinese government is making every means to get their wages back, the number of migrant workers haven’t got their salaries is still large. Those who have got media’s attention usually receive money faster.
