Yes, she was. She claimed that the duty is very hard, and so on...
If it would be ONLY the pictures in a police uniform - there would be no problem at all.
And They will NOT put her in a jail if She will not do it again, or commit other violation of law during 1 year after the sentence (that's suspension). Judge understood, that it was the way to put public attention for a problems of women in police, even if it was made the way that was aginst the law. Otherwise - She would be jailed.
If I would put on NYPD uniform, and for example made "sexy pictures" for ... let say... some gay website ... and claim that the duty is so hard, I have so many problems there, etc... What would be the charges in US:
- fake identity
- posing for official
- disgrace of the uniform
or even more?
