China has built 3,000 miles of nuclear tunnels.

One mile of nuclear underground tunnel would cost 100 million dollars to build,  therefore 3,000 miles of nuclear tunnels cost over 300 billion dollars ( as a basis of comparison,  the much smaller three gorges dam only costs 40 billion dollars to build )

One nuclear submarine would cost 3 billion dollars to build,   therefore, for the cost of building 3,000 miles of nuclear tunnels,  China could have built 100 nuclear submarines.

However,  100 nuclear submarines could only carry a total of 2,000 SLBM ballistic missiles ( 100 times 20 SLBM ),  whereas 3,000 miles of nuclear tunnels could hide a total of 3,000 ICBM ballistic missiles.

Therefore,  the 3,000 miles of Chinese nuclear tunnels are the equivalent of over 100 nuclear ballistic submarines.

A nuclear subway ?

Did they register it for the Guiness Book of records ?
It is indeed very practical that the party is  judge, legislator, head of the army, executor  and  publisher  all in one in China.
