In fact, i seem to remember you even managed to completely forget this element in recent posts.

What's 3 million .. when you can - through ridiculous mismanagement, appalling policies to see out a political vision when it was clearly the wrong time to bring change (I guess that's the problem with insurrectionist change and belief in an absolute ideology i.e. ignoring anything pragmatic about current conditions) ... kill either indirectly or directly upwards of 20 miillion of your own people.

I really hope you are not playing the numbers/blame game in response to your Halliday thread ... if you are ... this is an admittance that your arguments are flat & without reason.

perhaps some of us wish you would exercise the same judgement when it came to Chinese issues .. instead of your usual watering down and/or plain ignoring of the catastrophes that certain leaders bright upon the Chinese people.

And please understand, as one of those Chinese people, the above, your behavior on Chinese issues,   disgusts me. You do a disservice to my ancestors whether recent or more distant past.
