Good post, Sans. Here is a reply, point by point.
Point 1:  The action is just, but Australia knows  ...

Chinese economists will not deny that many major Chinese companies are closely connected to and supported by the state. This is the problem with Huawei.

if state own share in Huawei that is not reason to ban it , ownership of company is irrelevant according to WTO rules.

Ownership of many European giants is mixed state private and nobody dare to challenge them in terms of legality.

Singapore whole economy is state owned so foking what?

ownership is irrelevant in global market , in global competion and global race.

Oh our poor little mentally challenged kbay.

A big mouth for such a a little weed.
WOULD CHINA AWARD THE SAME CONTRACT TO AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY?
ACTUALLY, WOULD CHINA ALLOW ANY FOREIGN COMPANY AT ALL TO BID
OF COURSE NOT !!!!!

global azzhole read carefully cause i shall say it only once.
In November 2007, AREVA agreed to a €8 billion deal with the China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group to supply them with two EPRs in Taishan, Guangdong, China. Under the terms of the agreement, AREVA will also help operate the plant, including the reprocessing of spent fuel.

AREVA is French state owned company one of biggest in world as far as nuclear power-plants are concerned.

Should China block it because it is state owned?
