- Albert Einstein, “Why Socialism?” Monthly Review, May 1949

Doesn't the title of this article give you a clue as to which political system he thought was best?
Where was the math that kept us out of the real estate meltdown of 2008/2009?
Math is meaningless if the correct input parameters are not known.
If you can find someone who can see into the future let us all know. We'd love to
find out which lotto numbers are being drawn next week.
Just because you have a bunch of greedy fatcats agreeing on something doesn't make it true.
It only means they are up to something.
Again, I'll take Einsteins single person's opinion over yours any day of the week.
If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?

If you ask me, I think all the deregulation that started in the 80s with Reagan was the beginning  ...

Totally agree that the mess in the USA started when Regan was in power in the USA . He also changed many of the tax rules for CEO's in the USA and many of the amalgamation rules for Corporations to take over smaller competitive companies. Also signed deals with Canada for free trade. The last three Recessions have come from the USA, and the last being the worst in history.
