Judge sends unbelievably racist email about Obama

1 March, 2012

A George W Bush-appointed federal judge is apologizing for the heart-touching email he forwarded that portrays US President Barack Obama as the offspring of a promiscuous party animal that — wait for it — had sex with dogs.
Chief US District Judge Richard Cebull, a veteran of the federal court system for more than a decade, is now saying he is sorry for an email that he sent to a handful of colleagues that — surprise, surprise — ended up being forwarded across the Internet.
Judge Cebull has admitted to sending the email to seven friends, including his brother, from his office computer on February 20 of this year. Although he prefaced the joke inside the email at the time as “touching,” Judge Cebull now admits it was wrong of him to spread the questionable content over the Web.
In the original message, Judge Cebull prefaced the joke with an endearing explanation for the email. "Normally I don't send or forward a lot of these, but even by my standards, it was a bit touching. I want all of my friends to feel what I felt when I read this. Hope it touches your heart like it did mine,” wrote the judge.
From there, Cebull attached an anti-Obama “joke” that is part racist, part raunchy and one hundred percent not the kind of thing you send to people when you are a US District judge:
"A little boy said to his mother, 'Mommy, how come I’m black and you’re white?' His mother replied, "Don’t even go there Barack! From what I can remember about that party, you’re lucky you don’t bark!'"
Lulz!
Not only is Cebull now saying he is sorry for the quip that calls out President Obama as a mythological half-man/half-canine hybrid (the 1987 Mel Brooks’ masterpiece ‘Spaceballs’ includes such a character, a “mawg” named Barf portrayed by John Candy), but the judge is also admitting that, yes, it was a bit racist as well.
"There is no doubt it's racist. It wasn't forwarded for that purpose," Cebull explains. "If anything, it was political." His reasoning was offered on Wednesday afternoon from his courthouse in Billings, Montana.
"To say it's inappropriate and stupid is an extreme understatement," adds Cebull.
And to say it was a joke? Well, that would just be an overstatement. Jokes are funny, Richard Cebull. But no one expects you to be able to differentiate one thing from another. Who are you to judge whether something is one way or another?
Oh, wait.
And, for the record, the president’s parents, Ann Dunham and Barack Obama, Sr., were both born humans. At least according to his birth certificate. If you ask Donald Trump, however, that fact may still be up for debate.

Racism is alive and well in the US, the bloody uprisings during the 1960s ended gross discrimination but not until after the army and tanks did their work to stop the black revolution. Blacks are now just one of many races facing discrimination in the US.
What's on your mind...

These are the people from and of the Republican party.
Actually this will probably get them a few more votes from there hillbilly constituency.
Of course the Democrats aren't perfect but they're head and shoulders above the Republicans.
If capitalism promotes innovation and creativity then why aren't scientists and artists the richest people in a capitalist nation?
