You're exactly right. It's so obvious what the 'World (of the west) Bank is up to.
They want all that money from the state run enterprises to be privatized.
All this is saying is give all your assets to private companies where we can infiltrate and take
control of. Your companies will become the economic drones of the west.
Western fatcats can then sit on their fat asses and control Chinese companies from afar.
The Chinese are not so stupid. The CCP should cuff them and lead them to the nearest
airport and put them on flights home and never allow them back in the country.
That's the softest option. The more direct option would be very unpopular but even
more effective.

Nominated into office by George Bush.
He's the figurehead president of the World Bank.
You can bet the fatcats are pulling all the strings though.
They see a HUGE money fix over in China and they have a big jones for it.
China will be too smart to let them in.
It'd be like giving the keys to the liquor cabinet to a shaking alcoholic.
