If anyone is familiar with the Philippines, they have probably have heard of the "Balikbayan" box system.  It is a method for the Philippine expat community in the U.S. to send back things to 'folks back home' that avoids a lot of red tape on both ends for customs, as opposed to regular shipping.

Would P.R. China be served well if a "Balikbayan" Box system was put into place with it vast expat community around the world?
