But the problem is Yao Jiaxin's father once sent a Weibo message prior to his son's execusation saying that no matter if his son will be executed or not, the 200,000 compensation is theirs, he's not taking it back, as which was his son's will.

That might be the reason he got himself in this trouble. But I think whatever he said on Weibo does't take any legal accounts.
