30 years ago, china adopted one couple one child policy.with this policy,we add about 0.3 billion less population to our country.now, our country is with 1.4 billion population totally.we are still developing country,we are still poor.but,if without that one couple one child policy,we would be poorer.India is with 1.2 billion population.soon,he will catch up with china.but, his area is smaller than china.his GDP is only about one quarter of china.poor ,indian guys.but it seems indian government still doesn't control their population.at least, they can't control population effectively.why?

Once upon a time population was a headeach for the large populated country in the world. They tried hard to adopt many rules regulation, medication flooded to poor countries for the great profit of the BOSS countries.
The sequence changes overnight when open market policy been adopted.Every country need more consumer to make more benefit. Here the population factor get relaxed.
India as a country situated on tropical line have sufficient production of food.In China the total 30% land cultivation are not sufficient to provide food to all.Same like job opportunities India located it industries in different areas where China cannot except near to sea line.
There are many facts work behind your raised issue but while think of the top chair of the country it is hard to handle. Now everyone need buyer both China and India.
