The USA doesn't respect anything other than military power. PERIOD.

The UNCLOS asked nicely for China to leave. And did they? NO.
So the reverse is true; it is China that only respects is military power.

All Duterte is saying is that the SCS islands dispute is a bilateral matter between the Philippine ...

It no longer became bilateral when the Philippines took China to arbitration. Also Brunei, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan and Vietnam also have claims in the South China Sea.

Hague overwhelmingly backed the Philippines in a case on the disputed waters of the South China Sea, ruling that rocky outcrops claimed by China - some of which are exposed only at low tide – cannot be used as the basis of territorial claims. It said some of the waters in question are “within the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines, because those areas are not overlapped by any possible entitlement of China”. The tribunal furthermore found that China had violated the Philippines’ sovereign rights in those waters by interfering with its fishing and petroleum exploration and by constructing artificial islands.

Putin's a killer. This was the claim made by Fox News journalist; Bill O'Reilly during his recent interview with Donald Trump. Trump's reply came in the form of a simple question. What, you think our country's so innocent?

The Hague and all the rest of the west's (principally US creations) designed to serve principally the interests of the US needs to be struck down an a real court meant for all of humanity established - under a new world order and not under a "when hell freezes over US of A order".,,

UNCLOS buncha horse manure.

Legally, most of UNCLOS is binding on all nations, regardless of whether they are signatories, because the treaty codifies preexisting international custom. A breach by China of law that is foundational to maritime commerce throughout the globe would be a serious international transgression. Refusal to comply with any decision would have strong reputational costs for a country seeking to become a global leader, especially as friendly relations with its neighbors are especially crucial to China’s rise. China is a member of 130 international organizations that apply international law. China thus needs the world to believe that its commitments under international law are credible, especially in the trade and maritime realms on which its economy relies.
